I hated today. No really. I really really hated today.
Today I found out, that my lump under my chin is in fact my lymph node, not a tumor or sist or anything like that.
To diagnose this problem, I was sent for blood work and an ultra sound of my throat.
Not only do I have one problem now (my lymph node) but I also have two lumps on my thyroid.
So, tomorrow I shall head off to the health campus once more to have my blood taken again. This time, checking for thyroid problems.
The conclusion to the first problem.... "Your lymph node is enlarged." Okay. Its enlarged....tell me something I don't know, why is it enlarged? There were no signs of infection.....So what should I do to fix this swelling, antibiotics? Hot compress? Something? "Nope, we'll just see how it goes by your next appointment." wtf.... I have senior pictures next week....
